If you have any OC applied, remove it and retest
else leave 1 memory stick only and retest

i have already try removing the oc n stilll wouldn't work. about the memory r u telling me to take out the other 3 stick n just leave 1 stick in? if that work then whats the point if i can only use 1 ram stick?

yes that's right

the point is for testing purpose to help locate and isolate the issue

Check if it help changing different DRAM Frequency, like below 2400 or something? Is the OS fresh installed??

HI
i just took out the ram n only left 1 stick and it still didnt work. i'll set the ram below 2400 n see what happen and yes the os freshly installed

just try setting the ram below 2400 n still doesnt work. this is getting very annoying. this board cost me $570 aust dollar msi top of the range  board n the most important app doesn't work.

I used to have similar problem, so I uninstall them and delete all the files under C:\MSI and C:\Program and Files (x86)\MSI\Command Center. Then re-install and yeah everything works. Maybe you can try.

i just notice that the app doesnt show my cpu name, i have a intel i7 5930k but it doesnt show on the app but every other info is correct. so could it b something to do with mu cpu?
