MSI Coreliquid s360 - MSI center - Unknown Error when uploading video to display

when i try to upload an MP4 to the display of the coreliquid, i keep getting an error pop up just saying "Unknown Error"
Have tried to reinstall MSI Center and no luck, still getting the error

what's your MSI Center version and can you share the MSI Center log?

The video is encoded in H.264 or H.265 (HEVC) codec?
The easiest way to check this is using Windows 10 default video player,
if video is not playable and asking for HEVC Video Extensions, it means it’s H.265(HEVC) encoded.

Also try upload video in H.264 codec and it should be fine.
