Hi,

I bought MSI Creator 15M A10SE yesterday. For now, I installed only few applications like MS Teams, Skype, VS Code, Chrome and these are the ones which I normally use. I can see that I am getting only 2 hours of battery backup and the laptop is little hot which I think is unusual. Has anyone experienced it ? Do you have any thoughts on this issue? Is it something wrong with laptop?
Edit:
At 11:55, the laptop was at 66% charged. I unplugged the charger and at 12:16 the battery was at 45%. All I did is open firefox and had 3 tabs opened(3 static HTML pages), skype and outlook is running behind the scene. Now the time is 12:28, battery is at 36%. Something is really wrong...

What is your user scenario setting in Creator Center?
And power option settings?
Try to set the user scenario to Supper Battery.
And go to Windows Mobile Center, select the power option to power saver.
Decrease the panel brightness, disable camera, bluetooth, keyboard backlight if you don't need them.
If the problem still remains, follow the steps to check your battery status.
1. Press Windows key + X, click Windows PowerShell (Admin)
2. Type powercfg /batteryreport at the command prompt then hit the Enter key.
3. The report will be saved under C:\Windows\System32 as battery-report.
