MSI Creator 16 Terrible keyboard

Hello guys,

I just got my and I am very upset about its keyboard.
I have been using MSI laptops more than 12 years (msi gt70, msi gt72, msi gt73vr) and their keyboards always were the best.
Now it's suffering because arrows and space key work only if I press them at the center of these keys. If I press at the border, they are pressed, but nothing is typed.


Is this a defective keyboard? Or is it like this for everyone?
I want to make a review of this laptop, overall it is not bad, but the keyboard ruined the impression so much...
 
Seems like the smaller keys on a keyboard are designed to be pressed in the center, as this is where the sensor is placed for optimal responsiveness.
Pressing near the edges might not register properly, but it is easy for users to press the center on those small keys.
 
It sounds like MSI used a cheap keyboard in a laptop costing 3,000 euros. It's unacceptable.
Other keys on the keyboard (the QWERTY section) do not exhibit this issue and work perfectly fine even when pressed near the edges. Due to this flaw, it is impossible to use the keyboard properly, type blindly, or even type quickly.
