I remember you having this issue a short time ago. I have not been here for a while, so I updated multiple drivers in one go. I was about to download the Bluetooth driver, and then I noticed it popped up on Intel Driver & Support Assistant, so I installed it from there and rebooted. So far, so good. I hope you get to the bottom of it. That would drive me crazy.Be aware of the bluetooth installer again. It removes installed drivers

Next time i wait for the Microsoft Update Catalog, Intel won't fix this anyway as they didn't seem to care much in the earlier topic i have posted.
Hmmm will try that on my game later. The game i play is not heavy demanding at all (Team Six - Armored Troops) a Cannon Fodder clone from the 90’s.Just change the resolution in game and then return.
After that everything worked fine.

Now, that is odd. I wonder why this issue is not being addressed. It must be affecting an awful lot of users.1 user tested it on 4 laptops. All machines deleted important drivers during install. Affected machines
1. MSI Crosshair 15 B12UGSZ (12th gen)
2. Dell Latitude 5421 (11th gen)
3. Dell XPS 13 9310 (11th gen)
4. Dell XPS 13 9315 (12th gen)
5. LG Gram 17 (12th gen)
Maybe those users did not noticed it, after reboot microsoft update installs a much older driver on the background. Now, that is odd. I wonder why this issue is not being addressed. It must be affecting an awful lot of users.
