@ erpman15ac02e2: well thanks for the heads up & 2 thumbs up it works for you.
But not for me

.
The Intel laptops "OS" I have, one is 21H2/GL76 & 22H2/GF 65 Thin 10SDR.
If I use the Realtek audio "InstallShield" .exe it will remove/break other audio components, on both! The GL76, breaks Intel Smart Sound components & Nahimic. The GF 65 it breaks Nahimic only because it has no Intel Smart Sound.
My work around this breakage. I learn what each one needs & install Realtek audio only thru the ".inf" files. That = no more breakage of audio. None!
My GF65 was so bad when I 1st learned this, I had to use System Restore to get any audio back. After uninstalling everything audio related & reinstalling audio components it was still broken.
Only after finally using System Restore the audio was working. Why, Realtek .exe installer will install hundreds of useless extensions that will break audio. My new MSI AMD had 369 Realtek extensions installed in it. Of those only 3 worked on the AMD. Go to Github, download Rapr.exe. It will tell you how many are installed on your system. All 3 of my MSI laptops use Realtek audio. I know exactly what Realtek audio ".inf's" to install on each one. Yes & all 3 are different inf's.
What knowledge does this give me?
That my audio will never ever be broken again, on All 3 laptops. Some people mistakenly blame this on Nahimic. Nope!
It's all Realtek audio & the exe installer they use.
The Realtek LAN installer/updater goes right to "Repair". Updates your LAN driver, no muss no fuss. Big difference.
This is why there is a audio update rule when updating audio drivers, Realtek 1st, then Intel Smart Sound then Nahimic.
I no longer have to follow that rule & say thank you.
By updating only thru the .inf's, Intel & Realtek, I can update ANY component at any time & nothing is broken, even Nahimic. But hey, what do I know?
No moe broken audio is the correct answer.
Crosshair? MichelN86 said he left the building. But it's all relative/related.
MSi laptops, one driver for all, amen.
