MSI Cubi N JSL - How to enter BIOS?

I have purchased a second hand MSI Cubi N and the previous owner has installed Chrome OS Flex onto it. I want to run Linux but cannot get into the boot menu or BIOS to run my installer. I have tried most of the F Keys and Delete key at boot but nothing seems to make a difference. Potentially it's locked into some sort of fast boot, but I am not aware of a Clear CMOS jumper on this board if that is the case?

1.Please remove power cord around 5 minutes.
2.Please re-plug it and press power button for booting.
3.Please keep pressing "DEL" key during post.
It will be into BIOS setup.
