MSI Cubi NUC 1M Temperature High

I just bought MSI Cubi NUC 1M barebone, with Intel Core 5 120U, Installed WD Blue SN580 NVMe and Kingston 16GB DDR5 RAM, running on Windows 11. After running some apps, about 40% CPU usage, My CPU Core temperature about 70-75 degrees, is it normal? Another issue, sometimes my LAN disconnected, although ping is still connected.
