MSI CX62 6QL m.2 SSD not working

That is ME firmware, not BIOS.
It is suggested to switch back to the original SSD and check.
If the original SSD is working properly, the problem might be related to compatibility or the faulty SSD.

hi. thanks for the fast answer.
I'm not expert in this area and just downloaded the file in BIOS section of "Drivers & Download".
how can I fix error 8704 (SKU Mismatch) of the ME firmware update?
and how do I check compatibility? what is the bios configuration for m.2 drive?
btw the M.2 SSD model is Kingmax PQ3480 1TB

Compatibility: That is why I suggest you switch back to the original SSD to check if it is caused by faulty hardware.
Basically, the SSD detection problem is not related to ME firmware.
It is suggested to go to the service center to replace the SSD.
If you can not go to the service center, you can refer to the compatible list from Crucial.

hi. thanks for your replies.
I found out that my laptop (MSI CX62 6QL i5-6200U) supports M.2 SSDs gen 3 and up to 256GB storage. and size was the problem.
for someone who maybe see this

Hi, How did you found out this ssd m.2 is supported? Actually I have Cx62 7ql i7 7th gen. I also want to install m.2 nvme ssd. Can you please help ?
