Hey everyone! I'm running into a frustrating issue with my MSI Cyborg 15 A12VE after a recent warranty motherboard replacement.
The Behavior: The laptop runs completely fine when plugged into the wall for days. However, if I turn it off and leave the power cord unplugged for a few hours, it completely dies and refuses to turn back on. Even when I plug the charger back in (only the power LED lights up, but nothing happens).
The repair center loop: I already sent it back to the certified repair center three times, but they claimed it tested fine (likely because they bench-tested it while plugged in).
Has anyone encountered this specific power-lock issue after a motherboard swap, and is there a fix short of sending it back again?
