Hello everyone,
I have an MSI doc station gen 2 and a Dell precision 3480. And my problem is somehow weird.
Sometimes, I will plug my station to the computer and it will work perfectly, I'll have both my monitor working, the computer will be charging and everything will work like a charm. However, if I unplug it and plug it again, I will only get the mouse and keyboard working.
When I tried to update the firmware of the doc with the dell laptop I get this error "Cannot find synaptics MST DP HUB IC" even tho I'm not sure this has any link with the error, it is only an idea.
My station works perfectly on another laptop both on linux and windows. I updated the firmware with this one.
Do you have any solution ? Any logs I could check ?
If not I'll have to go for a Dell one I guess..
