MSI have released a tool to help remove Dragon Center and its SDK
In case of encounters problem and wishes to reinstall Dragon Center,
you may use the tool to assist with uninstalling process first.

please place the file in desktop before running the tool

Note that the uninstall process will require reboot,
so better make sure everything is saved before running the program.
The tool is designed for Dragon Center 2 only,
so please do not confuse with Dragon Center 1 or other software.

Sadly I have none right now because I thought there was a conflict with the Dragon Center I had  and, Dragon Center 2.0.28.0. When I first try to download Dragon Center 2.0.28.0 it would not download, so I thought it was a conflict, so I uninstalled the Dragon Center I had. I have a desktop computer and was using the version just before this update. But really any version 1 now would be better than none. Thank you very much.

having problems with msi dragon center 2.0.34.0... i have b450m mortar titanium mobo on windows 10... after downloading and installing dragon center... it uninstalled existing programs from msi on my system like

command center
live update
mystic lights
etc.

it replaced previous apps from msi... but after installation... this is what i got...

no option to tweak or change settings like what previous individual msi apps offer... only mystic lights is working... unlike what is on the pdf manual of dragon center...

I have used this to try and solve an issue I have with Dragon Centre, I can't find any option to start my own thread and I can find any issue or forum related to Dragon Centre.

I am trying to install dragon centre 2 and every time it installs nothing happens, no files are created in the destination that it says it is installing, it's as if the installation program is doing nothing. The install finishes and closes, no desktop icon created, no files where it should be installed. Nothing! I am also having issue with Live update which installs but won't run or open. Anyone able to offer some assistance because as it stands no MSI programs will install or run on my PC.

I have an MSI x370 gaming pro carbon and MSI RTX 2080 Ventus 11gb

Shouldn't be too hard to start a new thread

I'm not stupid, I've used forums for years. How about be of assistance instead of being rude!

There is no "new topic" button displayed for me. All I have is a button that says "Notify", in the same location as your screen shot.

Not in this thread being only about the Dragon Center 2 Auto Removal Tool. Open your own thread about your DC issue.

The removal tool can be used to remove DC2. Still if your system works with DC2 it won't work with DC1 as DC2 is required then.

Dragon Center is a real piece of crap and is more like malware with how it not only slowed my system down but borked things up until I did a clean sweep and manually removed all traces of it. It also has less functionality than Command Center while somehow also being a lot more awkward to use as well as also not being able to hold a candle to Mystic Light. Whos bright idea was it to change something that was functional, easy to use and did not need changing at all to the pile of vomit that Dragon Center is? I will be specifically avoiding MSI when picking out a new X570 board for my test system specifically because of Dragon Center.
