MSI Dragon Center 2 Auto Removal Tool / Log Generator, v1.0.0.6

I started a new thread as you indicated reported the same issues as many have and nothing you or others suggested has worked so I can install dragon Center. I used the removal tool, used administrator privileges rebooted and then attempted reinstall and nothing you or others suggested shows a completed install of DC 2. Why won't MSI do anything to correct this disastrous issue???
Has nothing to do with Firefox same occurs on Chrome.

Can anyone please tell me what is the difference between "Uninstall SDK" and "Uninstall UI & SDK"?
And how to remove from:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\9426MICRO-STARINTERNATION.DragonCenter_2.0.100.0_x64__kzh8wxbdkxb8p

For anyone who wants to remove DC from WindowsApps, watch this tutorial:
I am sure huge % of users have no idea that all these files (500+ MB) stay on their HDD/SSD, even if they uninstall Dragon Center.
This is last time i install any soft from MSI.

Great it worked. Wonder why such WindowsApps folder is limited. Maybe to prevent "bad actors" removing stuff inside? Critical components there?
I have many programs installed, but in that folder i see only Microsoft apps and Instagram(Facebook). All companies who spy on us...
I don't care when Microsoft puts their apps in such folder, but why the hell MSI puts their files there? And worst part is that MSI programmers don't know how to remove files from there when user uninstalls program. Or they know and there is reason why all files stay in hidden/locked folder where normally nobody will even look. Hmm...

I some how can not delete that file even after access, It keeps telling me you require permission from (PC) to make changes

you may use the tool to assist with uninstalling process first.
please place the file in desktop before running the tool
Note that the uninstall process will require reboot,
so better make sure everything is saved before running the program.
The tool is designed for Dragon Center 2 only,
so please do not confuse with Dragon Center 1 or other software.

The removal tool is just as bad as the Dragon Software. I run it and choose to uninstall both apps: INSTANTLY I get a message that it's done butr they're still installed. Reboots don't help. Same results if ran as Admin. This is very important to me as a new customer. I need Dragon Software or i'm returning my new Z590
