What's your system spec? Did you install "Game gear" in MSI Centre?

You need MSI Dragon centre. Get it from your laptop's support page. It's also possible that MSI Dragon centre will not support it, as support for it has been discontinued as far as I know.

I have the same mouse ... It does not interact with either MSI Centre or MSI Dragon .... It is a stand alone piece of hardware that has predefined settings that are controlled onboard ... I found out the hard way too ...
