Good morning,

Since this morning my MSI Dragon Center no longer shows the Fan Speed, GPU temp and CPU temp.
I noticed this issue this morning after updating the NVIDIA driver.
I added a screenshot of the Dragon Center. Please note that at the time of this screenshot the GPU was not being used extensively, which may explain the lack of information.

I have tried reinstalling Dragon Center, tried rebooting multiple times.
CPU use is being shown, however due to a lack of temperature readings my Fan speed settings under the User Scenario are not being activated.
The fans do work when engaging Cooler Boost.

Please help.

I have no solution, but I have the same problem. I had Dragon Center pre-installed. I un-installed it but new Dragon Center that I download doesn't work. It feels like only OEM Dragon Center will work. MSI = bugs

Use this tool to export and share the system info file here.

Try this guide from MSI to clean install Dragon Center.
And download the version here.

Well mine works fine without problem.
Make sure you use the correct version for your laptop since there're different versions of Dragon Center.
