Could someone please provide me a link to download the MSI Driver Utility Installer. I've google it up and search everywhere under MSI website but I could not find it.

There is this info and it is installed VIA MSI Center I had to go ask about it
As had not seen or heard about it or seen it

It is only Available on certain platforms so not sure if your PC will be able to use it or not.

I have no idea what that is but look like whatever the utility can do is available in MSI Center\LiveUpdate, my guess is it's only available for certain product just as you say (maybe even future product since MSI does not list any supported model).

At moment it is confusing on details But it is supposed to appear on a new windows install, once only and allow you to install MSI stuff now if you see this strange app appear that you did not installed From MSI and close it thinking what was that unknown Popup, you will not see it again till you do a new Windows install but only if your is one of the Systemes it works on.

Well that is the current theory till someone at MSI Software Development tell us what the hell it is.
Now I will go outside and see if I can see pigs flying.

I think it was designed by some one at MSI who not like us Mods on the forums as a form of revenge. as we are the ones who end up having to find out what the o_0 is going on so we can let End users know what the o_0 is happening.
