Msi ds 300 sensor not working

Hey I have the msi ds300 for like 1 year and a half and it didn't get any damage during this usage but one day when i plugged it in the cursor didn't move
The buttons work fine as well as the scroll wheen but the sensor dosen't even turn on
Idk if it is a firmware problem or a hardware problem and i need help from you guys to fix it 
I know that the sensor is ADNS-9800 but idk what i should do
