MSI DS502, broken..?

Hello.
I googled the problem for my headphones but no luck... so I decided to create an account here. Anyway, let's get to the point.
I bought my headphones at 2017 Summer, and it was doing great until last week. Bass isn't properly working anymore, I'm hearing weird noises from the left speaker, and I think cables are heating a lot (Even though my computer is cool and my desk is making me freeze).

What is causing the problem? Is my headphone broken?

Hhm definitely seems like ur headphones are broken. If its still under warranty contact MSI and they will replace ur product for you!

I got the same problem! Vibration motor doesn't do anything anymore, cables are getting really hot and there is a sound volume difference between left and right... if someone knows a solution, please help!
