MSI E16FLIP AV13VFT touchscreen not working suddenly

Hello! I have trouble with my touch screen suddenly not working, and this laptop is relatively new. I have checked my device manager and the driver seems to have disappeared (it was there before updating my firmware which i rolled back)

and this all happened while updating my windows 11 to 24h2, so there's no more update from windows, i dont know what to do and i am stuck. any help is appreciated!
 
update: after rolling back a windows update i was able to get it back on the device manager, however it says

"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."
 
Try to do EC reset.
shutdown the laptop and unplug the AC > long press the power button for over 25 seconds > plug in the AC and power on the laptop
