http://www.corsair.com/_datasheets/TR3X6G1600C8D.pdf

SPD programmed at:
XMP 8-8-8-24 values at 1600MHz (Vdimm = 1.65V)
JEDEC standard 9-9-9-24 values at 1333MHz (Vdimm = 1.5V)
Every part is tested in Corsair's factory at 1600MHz, but your actual results may vary depending on the overclocking margin of your CPU and motherboard.

You need to enable the XMP profile, or to manually set the timings, voltage and the 'Memory Ratio' to 6 (presuming they run stable at 1600MHz with CAS=8 and 1.65V).

cheers

Almost Correct.
We are overclocking the motherboard (chipset bus) to reach 1600.
