MSI Eclipse SLI Plus wont load windows

Ok, hopefully someone can help me out here. Just got the new x58 MSI Eclipse Plus SLI Board from Newegg. I have tried everything possible just to get the thing to boot so i can install windows 7.

It will load up to the point it says starting windows and then just sits there.

Here are my specs

Core i7 920
MSI Eclipse Plus
12GB Gskill DDR3-1600 Ram
3 WD Velociraptor in Raid O
1 WD Black 1TB for storage
EVGA GTX 285 SC x2

3 HDDs in RAID 0? Try with just 2 HDDs in RAID 0.

I suggest that you try with just 1 piece of RAMs as well.

Please provide your PSU specs amps.
