This board has been working for the last year, water cooled, both CPU and northbridge, never going over 130 degrees F.
I switched out the tubing for the water cooling, made sure to assembling the entire thing outside away from the computer, let filled it, let the pump run on an external 12v power supply for about 12 hours and burp the system, the entire system now having transparent tubing, with no bubbles in the lines. The entire thing is tightly sealed with no holes or leaks.
Initially, I turned on the system like normal, but it turned on and turned off immediately after a couple of seconds. I checked everything, made sure that the system was dry, checked all components, everything was good. Turned on the power, the standby amber light and the I/O internal button light up, turned it on again, and it turned off again the 2nd time. The pump did turn on both times. Ok, thought it was the memory, took out all but one and put the memory in A0 (black), plugged in the DLED2 display, and turned on the computer again. Again the same thing, turned on and turned off for the last time. Nothing on the display. No beeps, nothing.
Ok. Now it won't turn on at all. The power supply is good, works perfectly on two other motherboards, both video cards work on other systems, wifi card, usb cards, pump, hard drives, DVD-ROM, everything still works, all cables work, all fans work. I have tried all 3 memory sticks, switching power supplies. Nothing. The amber light and I/O internal still light up. But it won't turn on now, either with the internal I/O button or the front panel switch. I have tried to reset the CMOS, both by the button on the back and taking out the battery for 24 hours with the power supply disconnected. I have nothing but the pump, one stick of memory, and power supply plugged in, still nothing. I have tried and searched for solutions with no success.
The worse case scenario is that the board is bricked, which I think I am still under warranty...
I come here now for help after doing all stated. Please, if you have any ideas, please, I'm open for suggestions. A response as soon as possible would be well appreciated since I don't have much time left to fix this.
