MSI Force GC30 V2 Controller Won't Make My PC Go to Sleep Mode Automatically

Hello,
I've been having this issue where my PC doesn't go to sleep unless I manually put it to sleep mode (Windows button> Power> Sleep). I unplugged everything that was plugged in to see if that could resolve the issue with neglecting the MSI usb dongle. But the PC still keeps on even though I had put the display screen on 1 min. I then unplugged the MSI usb dongle, and here we go... that resolved the problem. However, I constantly dependent on this controller day by day because I do gaming a lot. I don't want to worry about plugging it in and plugging it out every time I'm on the PC on a daily basis.

Is there such a way to keep it the dongle plugged in and have my PC go to sleep automatically without the dongle interfering in the whole issue? It's been really pissing me off for 3 months now!

can you go into BIOS, disable resume from USB and see if it makes a difference? are you using Windows 10 or 11?

Look in Device managed find the Device and make sure it is set to allow windows to turn of to save power

Also look for Allow this device to wake the PC

Finding the correct one can be time consuming so may be best to do all of them

The issue was duplicated and MSI is working for a solution, please be patient.

Alright, but will there be an announcement from your side stating the problem is resolved? (expecting you to be an MSI representative). Plus, will it be soon?

Update:

After detailed analyze the issue it's turn out to be hardware limitations of GC30’s product.
As the dongle keeps receiving signal from the controller, the system will not sleep automatically.
The recommendation is to manually select sleep/hibernate.
P.S:
MSI will improve the limitation in future gaming controllers.

So when you report me this, is that going to help my issue with gadget? So I bought this controller with a terrible error in it, and the customer service only supports US and Canada. Where can I return the product and refund my money and NEVER approach MSI products again- and NEVER recommend it to anybody???
