Greetings,

I now just noticed an issue with my monitor. When starting a game and finding the screen was too dark, i was trying to access the OSD to change the presets:

When trying to press the navikey, nothing would happen.

When trying to press the power button, the crosshair setting appeared and it just cycled through them. When pressing the power button, it would stop the cycle, but i couldn’t do anything.

Few days ago I think i had an issue where i had a screen tear. I removed the display port grom from my graphic card and it closed off. When pressing the button, it turned on.

I did touch some wake/sleep options too, but I wouldn’t see why it would be the issue and changed some overclock setting

I tried changing my display port to HDMI but i just can’t change the input as i can’t select anything.

Other information: i don’t use my pc much. I bought my screen in 2023. I do have a gaming pc with a 4070 ti and a 7700x.
I have a dual monitor set up. The OSD on my second screen works fine.

Thanks for the support!

1.Please refer manual on chapter 2 and modify some setting value as below for checking when just connecting one monitor-G273QPF on this system.

3.Please check it again when connecting two monitors on this system.

Greetings,

As mentionned. The OSD isn’t working. I don’t have access to the OSD, since the Navikey isn’t working and that the power button only brings on the screen assistance thus I can’t change those values on the monitor.

There is also no HDR options with the monitor as it isn’t an HDR screen. Windows doesn’t let me activate that function.
It’s grayed out.

My problem is that the Navikey doesn’t work, the OSD isn’t opening and the power button cycles through the screen assistance crosshair which prevents me from turning of the screen. The only way i can stop it from cycling is if i hold the button and disconnect the screen. If i don’t do that i’m stuck with a crosshair.

Thanks

Please confirm something is display on monitor or not.
It will be showed OSD menu after pressing navi key when something is displaying on monitor.
