Hi,

I recieved my Gaming 7 last week, and initially it would not boot with DIMMS 1-3-5-7 filled. I pulled the ram from 5 and 7 and it would work. Later I decided to try again by filling of the problamatic DIMMs one at a time. After everything was worked, today I ended up having to do some work in the case and I pulled all my RAM, and now DIMMs 5 and 7 will not work, well the system will not boot and becomes stuck at BIOS code 67. I have never gone over 1.25v on the CPU Vcore, and I have a very good heat sink on the processor. The system was stable when I removed the DIMMS, the only reason was to diagnose a problem which happened to end up being a faulty DVI cable. I did run a version of the Prime95 bench mark program for a few minutes that ended up giving very high tempatures around 90c, but that was days ago. Any ideas?

Your motherboard is X99S Gaming 7?
Could you post your full spec?

Try to run memtest with your ram one by one to check if any of them is bad.

My full specs are :

CPU - Intel 5820k
RAM - Corsair 2133 DDR4 4x4GB
Cooler - Phanteks PH?TC14PE

I would have to try the "bad RAM" in the "good DIMMS" to run a memcheck because the system doesn't boot at all when more than 2 are filled. It's something I could try.

I think the issue may be that DDR4 is very hard to seat properly on this MB, or the motherboard may be sensitive to small amounts of dust.
I have looked through the forum and other posts with similar problems:

Use only DIMM 1&3, check the CH C/D Voltage is also 1.2V or not.
If not, the DIMM might have some problem.
