In short. I bought a monitor MSI Optix MAG301CR2.
Installed the software and everything worked fine for several months (Win11).
A few days ago, such a popup text appeared "Please make sure the usb type b is connected in order to use this application".
Tried: changing USB, reinstalling software, adjusted according to different monitor settings. Only with a tambourine around the monitor did not run.
Please, help me.

J'ai aussi un MAG301CR2 et win11.
Gaming intelligence ne fonctionne plus depuis début aout.
Ce n'est pas un problème de câble : la souris, le clavier et le wifi branchés sur l'écran marchent.
Dommage!

Hey guys. Please can you send me the link to Game Intelligence file as the one on the official website has been broken since yesterday or earlier. I have reinstalled Windows and can't use the Monitor properly. I believe it is the same software for all Screens, so I would appreciate your help. I have made a topic about it (below this one) but no one seems to care

Go here MSI UK | MSI UK and download from there. I just checked and I could download.
Thanks, but Nope. I don't have a problem downloading it. The problem is that it won't open properly. As soon as I click open as an Administrator, setup error pops up.
It is a bugged Version of Saftware v0.0.2.74

Does anyone have v0.0.2.73 on their PC?

Had the same problem with my MPG341QR after updating firmware. Tried to reinstall all MSI software, rebooted several times, no effect. Solution was simple - just as firmware update instruction sais - unplug the monitor from the power socket while it TURNED ON. I did it, waited for 5 min., then plugged it back. Monitor appeared in MSI Center, and I'm able to control Mystic light again finally.
