MSI GAMING X TRIO 2080 GPU Leds partially broken

HI !
Recently i noticed that parts of my rgb leds is off.
Does it looks like its one diode that's broken or it's a software thing ?
When it's in static mode, it's off,
and when it's in another mode it flickers and is mostly green.
Any idea how to fix this ? (no waranty)
