MSI GC 300 - Problem of maintaining the button to do a action ingame

Hello ,
I have played with the manette GC 300 and I have noticed a problem . Is that normal when a game asked me to maintain a button , the MSI controller cannot do that rather , it could only work in short-pushed instead of prolonged ones ? When I press it with say the command B , the charging interactions didn't charged as if it was stuck akin to guy who keep reloading and pressing the button extremly fast .
I don't know if anyone have the same problem . Was it a configuraiton setting I must do or required upgrade for the pilot ? Thank you for helping me in advance .

i have the same problem but on A button. Do you fınd the way to fix it? i couldt finish tutorial level in cuphead.

i am also having this issue with my gc300. i dont recall having this issue when i first got the controller. but now only my A button is randomly spamming as i hold it down

I have accidently found the fix.
apparently, if you hold down the share button and press a button, it will turn on a rapid mode.
i opened my controller in steam to test it and sure enough, i accidently stumbled upon this

i found the soulution to, the middle button turbo button if u hold it and press other button it will make that button repeatly trigger when buttonhold to fix it do the same hold turbo button and press the button which is reeatly triggers
