I am loving the laptop but the msi GC20 that came with it broke within the first day, it will no longer connect through the USB cable provided. I registered the product on their site but the "get support" link bugged out, and all other online support portals I can find don't actually go anywhere, or say that they won't support gaming gear in that portal. I am quite frustrated with their shell game of a website, so if anyone has any help, I would greatly appreciate it.
