MSI GC30 brand new but no vibration

Hello,
Would you please help me?
I've just bought the MSI GC30 controller pad, the advertisement said it has 2 motors for haptic feedback or vibration.
But so far i've played many rounds with DMC5, no vibration at all, (FYI, i still can have vibration with my Logitech wireless F710 during DMC5 gaming)
Does anybody know why?
Should i bring the MSI GC30 back for warranty? Any software to check its vibrate function?

make sure you connect the joystick, click new interface, go test option, check vibration and apply. then start testing, you should feel the vibration when holding RT or LT. (if the joystick is working properly)

I've found the solution for vibration as below:
1. Press & hold 3 seconds the mode button (the red button with white dragon) 
2. then 4 led flash, then it stops to a mode
3. try to repeat until you reach the mode which you have 1st & 2nd led on only. This is the mode "Controller Xbox" (i found this at ControlPanel >> Game Controller) 
With this mode, it works well with vibration for DMC5
