Hello guys,

I'm loving the experience of this gamepad but I'm having serious problems. I can connect and use the gampad without any problems with its cable. But when I try to connect it via wireless adapter it won't connect. This has happened before and I sent my gamepad to warranty. My reseller gave me a new pad. But it started to do the same thing. I looked everywhere on the internet and wasn't able to solve the problem.

Here's what I've tried so far:
  • Tried changing to every mode.
  • Tried going back to an old version of the driver.
  • Tried deleting and reinstalling the driver from Device Manager.
  • Tried disabling and enabling the gamepad from Device Manager.
  • Tried resetting the gamepad with the button on the back.
  • Tried sticking the adapter to every single one of USB ports on my computer.
  • Tried using the gamepad via wireless on another computer.
  • Tried charging the gamepad with another cable.

I don't remember if there is anything else I've tried. I don't believe that the gamepad is actually broken because what are the chances of two bad pads in a row in such a short time? I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks in advance!

Hi atacankaracali,

Have you had a solution to this? Seems like you had done lots of troubleshootings and none of them works?  Maybe the USB dongle is faulty?
