MSI GD80 Debug Reads FF

I tried to power it on, it boots with no beeping but I have no visual on my monitor and the debug reads FF.

MOBO: MSI P55 GD-80; BIOS 1.4
CPU: i5 750
RAM: 2 x DDR3 G.Skill 2000MHz 2GB for a total of 4GB
GPU: XFX 5770
HDD: 1TB Hitatchi
PSU: OCZ GameXStream 850W
3.3 - 30amp
5 - 30amp
+12V - 20amp
-12V - 1amp

have you tried with barabone setup and mainboard out of pc case?

Can you try to clear CMOS and boot with only 1 piece of RAM?

Can you try to clear CMOS and boot with only 1 piece of RAM?

I tried this, with the RAM in slot 1. Cleared CMOS until it booted but still FF.

I removed the GPU, FF.
I reseated CPU, FF.
Ran it with 1 stick of RAM, FF.

Don't know any other trick in the book except RMA.

NVM, I got past that point but now it reads 38 and the display on the monitor won't go past the GD-80 initial orange screen.

Go to BIOS and set your RAMs to run at 1333MHz and increase the DDR Voltage by 0.1v and see how it goes.
