MSI GE62VR 7RF Nvidia Optimus on External Display

My notebook battery consumption increased dramatically when I connect it to external monitor/projector ( even tough it just 800x600p ) and soon I discover that my Discrete Graphics are run all time no mater what are being rendered, Is there any way to make it just run on IGP, or it just hard wired to GPU, if it connected directly to GPU does it possible to use Gsync monitor via Display Port ?

This platform does NOT support with Gsync for internal panel, so does the external monitor.
