My laptop’s hinge tightened up which ended up breaking both the display and the plastic part of lid to which hinge is connected. Anyways I got the hinge repaired and got the display replaced but now the keyboard and GPU aren’t working. GPU isn’t showing in device manager and Dragon Center and as for keyboard, only few keys are working. In the Steelseries software it says keyboard disconnected. Also the power LED stays red all the time. Please help. The rear panel wasn’t even removed and has never been removed. There is no damage. What could have gone wrong? I have tried resetting the BIOS by holding the reset button with a pin from below but that didn’t help. HELP!!!

You should take it back to who ever did the screen replacement, they should fix it.

I can assure you the repair guy didn't mess up anything. I took the replacement display to him and every thing was done right infront of my eyes. The bottom panel was never removed. The laptop has never been physically abused. There isn't as little as a scratch on body.

Yes but the issue is due to this pandemic I am unable to do so. Also despite my device under global warranty, it's not covered here. After BIOS update, MSI logo comes 3 times and then goes and then system boots.
I did the EC reset also, by pressing that bottom button with pin from down for 30secs, stop for 10secs and then again hold for 30secs and then connect to charger and power it on.
Can you tell me where it is visible in BIOS? I tried with right ctrl + right shift + left alt + f2. I don't know where VBIOS or Nvidia information is there. Can you send me screenshot of where to look for it.
Thanks a lot for helping out. :)

It doesn’t show for me. Your laptop supports GSync or doesn’t have Optimus that’s why it’s showing.
My friend’s laptop with working GPU is not showing in BIOS either.

No no for optimus it is like this only. You have Gsync or option to use only nvidia. On GE75 it’s not there
