Uninstall the driver in Device Manager, try the latest driver then use 551.86, very stable driver.

Make sure you download and install the most recent BIOS from MSI, if you still have same issue, time to start shopping.

IF your laptop is the GE75 Raider 10SFS, this is the link.

At MSI they advised me to update the BIOS to reset the EC and use DDU to uninstall the drivers and install a new one, but it didn't help . All the links to the necessary things and instructions were supplied by MSI

Well unless you are an electronic board technician, not much else to do, to revive your cherished laptop.

I've already fixed a lot of things including electronics, but I don't dare to do that, I don't even have the necessary equipment, and I don't want to bake the motherboard because it may not run at all anymore.

Well you can always do like @zipper.sippola and use it with the iGPU only, can still browse and work with it, but gaming would not be a thing.

If you have already updated the BIOS and reinstalled the GPU driver using DDU in Safe Mode, the issue is likely hardware-related. To rule out any Windows conflicts, you can factorh reset your Windows and update the NVIDIA driver afterward. This time I recommend downloading the NVIDIA driver from the MSI support page specific to your laptop.

If the issue persists even after these steps, visit the nearest MSI service center for diagnosis and repair. If the GPU is confirmed faulty and your laptop is under warranty, MSI will repair it free of cost. However, if the laptop is out of warranty, repairing it may not be cost-effective and I don't recommend your to repair. In such cases, investing in a new gaming laptop would be a better option.
