You will have to contact Samsung directly for your PM9A1 OEM drive for the warranty.
The warranty goes by the manufacturing date of your PM9A1, since it's an OEM.
Just curious, did you always leave at least 25% of the drive empty?

Was it ever less than that for any extended amount of time?
Keep in mind, you will have to pay to send it to them and everything you did with that SSD is kept in a log.
