MSI GE78HX WIN11 install media/package

Hello All,
Quick question, i'm looking for win11 with msi drivers for the ge78hx laptop, does anyone know where i can find this at?

For a little background, the pc was having problems so i "win11 reset" the pc and "removed all files". During the reset the pc became unplugged and did not complete the win11 reset before shutting off. I have a usb with win11 install media on it however, the pc will not read both the usb drive and the installed m.2 at the same time. Meaning when the usb thumb drive is plugged in, only drive0 shows as an option to install win11 (this is the usb drive) and there is no option for a drive1 (the m.2). I'm assuming some chipset driver or some hard drive driver is missing from the win11 install package, so i'm looking for the msi/win11 install media that contains all win11 and msi ge78hx components.

You won't find the install media here. MSI doesn't provide it online.
Generally, MSI requires you to send the laptop back to them to reimage it.
After you get it, you would make a backup to reinstall, using the software they provide.
If you ever needed to get back to the original state again, you'd use that to get there then.

I'm guessing when you got the notebook you didn't make the disc images or USB?
