MSI Geforce 4 Ti 4600 lock after drivers install

First sorry about my poor english.

2 days ago I boght an MSI Geforce 4 Ti 4600 in Chile (in a travel) I'm from Spain.

When arrives home (now) I install the card and post OK and start in Win XP 8 everithing was OK.. until I install the drivers, reboot, and the sistem hang. I have try everithing, like assign an specifically IRQ for the card in Bios and test the PC in a PC mode (non ACPI compliant), clean install of WIN XP, removing all the PCI cards, disabling all the resources in BIOS, and NOTHING.

I have an ABIT KR7A-raid, athlon XP 1900+, SB Audigy Platinum Ex, NIC Realtec, Scasi card without Bios (only for my CD recorder) IDE DVD, Iiyama VisionmasterPro 450.

I really don't know what to do.

Any help will be appreciate.

what did you upgrade from

you may need a better psu as they need a lot of juice

what are your psu details

I upgrade from an Ati Radeon DDR 64 ViVo... but I try a clean Install.

The PSU, I have 2 one for the MoBo (300 W) and other for the devices. (300 W)
