MSI GeForce RTX 4090 GAMING X TRIO 24GB full fan speed and blackscreen

Hello there. Been having this since I bought RTX 4090trio 24GB + B650 both from MSI.
Win 11, 7800X3D, B650, HX1200 Corsair PSU. Everything runs at stock speed. Latest nvidia driver (as of this date), latest mobo bios, GPU flashed with latest vbios (pinned post about vbios on this forum).
Happens mostly when idling, sometimes while gaming or watching YT. Futher can have up to 4 days of normal work (idling, gaming, benchmarking etc.), then all of a sudden black screen and fans start going at max speed, but latest it happens everyday, but sound is still working, only fans on max speed, and blackscreen.
There is not only mine problem.Please help with this.

Is either Faulty Hardware on the motherboard or connected to the motherboard
Faulty PSU
Or Faulty GPU

What is event viewer showing
