MSI geoforce RTX 3060 and speccy

Speccy show this video card to only have 4095 mb and not the 12 gb it should have. bought it brand new back in April 2023. I tried to register the product to get support but MSI does not recognize the s/n from the box. And I can not get the web form to let me ask for help....

Have you tried through the MSI Member Center?

Yes under the support tab it says web ticket. It will not accept the sn number from my gpu

contact support and tell them you are having you're unable registering your GPU, they will ask for a photo of the number on the GPU and GPU box. MSI Member Center

Can you use GPU-Z And post the following screenshots Specky is not reliable software as it misses a lot of detail
