MSI GF4 4400 VTD Problem

I've tried installing the card into 4 computers now, and i get the same problem... the card works the first time u boot the computer, and when u restart. The problem comes when u shutdown and remove the power, and then plug the power back in and try to restart. It displays colorful lines and then it displays green and red bars across the screen, it never gives u anything that u can make out. When u remove the card and let it set, then re-install 30 min later it works fine again.

If you have tried it in 4 different computers and can duplicate the results, it sounds like you have a bad card. All 4 computers had different motherboards right? They were not all nForce or all Via KT266A or etc.?
