MSI GF63 12VE Problems

As of 3 or 4 days ago whenever I play a game for about 10 to 15 minutes the game starts lagging or causing all movements in the game to slow down. I did a virus scan, all my drives are updated but I can't figure out the issue.

My specs are
i7 12th gen CPU
Nvidia RTX 4050 6GB VRAM
Windows 11 Home
500 GB internal SSD
16 GB RAM
 
Check the temperature of CPU/GPU, have you ever changed the fan speed or power settings before that?
If yes, restore all of the settings first.
You can also try to update BIOS if it is not the latest version.
 
I never change the fan speed from cool boost and I have the power settings at Max Performance. My BIOS is updated since I use driver easy to upgrade my drivers. Tomorrow I am going to take the back off and see if using compress air will help with the issue since this problem started out of nowhere all of a sudden.
