MSI GF63 - very bad experience

I bought laptop MSI GF63 on 27/4/2024. I brought back to FPT shop on 29/4/2024: the shop and I tested the laptop- we open 01 youtube and the battery decrease from 80% to 51% after 30 minutes. The FPT shop and MSI feed back that it is normal base on MSI standard.
Disapointed with MSI quality. Say NO with MSI

What was power mode was the laptop in?
What was the screen resolution?
What was the video quality set to, and what else was opened?

All these things are variables on how long a battery lasts. I mean watching a video at 4K while the laptop is set to Max power consumption is going to eat a battery for example. It's also one of the many reasons I don't buy laptops.

02. FPT shop advertise the laptop battery can be used for 5 hours (this Laptop is for Gaming)

again, if the laptop is in high power mode, it will drain the battery faster. You have given 0 information about what settings the laptop was actually in. Screen resolution, screen refresh rate, Battery mode, all will drain the battery fast regardless of "just watching one YouTube video"
