MSI GF65 10 SER USB-C and Oculus Link

Hey guys in specs of my MSI laptop i have " Type-C USB3.2 Gen1 " but both of them only can charge or it works with my phone, but when i connect my Oculus Quest via usb c it says is not connected?
When i connect that via USB A 3.2 it says connection is slow change port....

Any ideas or drivers to change?

Make sure you meet all the requirements (the cable, the correct steps to set up the headset, etc.)

thanks for reply but I don't even know how to comment advice like that I also can check if I have a laptop and my both eyes. Its problem with usbc drivers, even spec says it's 3.2 I can use only usbA

Spec is: 2x Type-C USB3.2 Gen1 and 2x Type-A USB3.2 Gen1. As there is no mention of DP your laptop doesn't support video out. MSI doesn't offer it in cheap laptops. GE, GS and GT series do have it in the latest models .

But if i use USBA i can easy use link option ok then i need to get adapter thanks at last.

The DP requirement is not mentioned in the requirement of the Oculus website; otherwise it should be listed clearly like Oculus Rift S.
So don't think whether the USB Type C port supports DP or not is the cause.

That's why I suggest you check the links I provided to make sure you meet all the requirements from Oculus website.
If you gonna purchase the type A to type c adapter, make sure you follow the suggestion from Oculus to purchase the cable from "Anker" and it better be a 3-meter cable.
