Hey everyone,
I have purchased a few months back this laptop GF65 Thin 10SER-1258IN. I thought it was normal initially and suddenly I see now a dark part of a display on a specific left side of the screen and also a dead pixel that stays white all the time. I don't even know how to apply for repair as it says to refer to FAQ and Videos first. Now, it's under warranty but I don't even know if they'll fix it for me or not. Help me with the process, I'm currently in Ahmedabad, India.
