Hi, I am hoping to get some help for this. I just started up my GF75 and discovered both the bluetooth and wifi are gone.

I tried looking up various solutions but nothing worked. Things like turning on/off airplane mode, turning off power saver, resetting the DNS, etc.

The wifi adapter doesn't even show up in the Network Settings, only the plug-in ethernet.

Same for Bluetooth, it says I don't have an adapter. But, it still shows the bluetooth mouse that it was previously connected to...

I just got this laptop 2 weeks ago. I don't have anything installed yet beyond what it came with. The only difference is, I was at my mom's house today and used her wifi (and my bluetooth mouse). When I came home and opened up my laptop, all of a sudden the wifi and bluetooth both disappeared. The wifi is completely gone and I can't even see the wifi router it was originally connected to yesterday (I'm using my older laptop on wifi to post this so I know the issue is not my router).

Any advice? thanks!

Thank yoU!! I tried the EC reset first but that did not help.

I reinstalled the drivers and both are now restored.

Is this a common issue? Since the laptop is only 2 weeks old and hardly used. Just checking if this is related to hardware issues or just bad luck?

thanks!
