MSI GH50 Sound Issue

Hello, I just built a new full MSI PC and it worked for 1 week with no issue.
But now, my MSI GH50 headset is making all my videos playing in slow motion I have no more sound.
I tried my headset on another computer, it worked and I tried another headset on my computer, it also worked.
Does anyone already had this issue and know how to fix it ?

Whats your full system spec? Are you using any audio software? Are drivers up to date? what OS are you using? what are the differences between the 2 PC's?

Hello, thanks for your help !
My PC specs are:

Intel Core I7-13700KF
RTX 4060-TI
2x16Go DDR5 6000Mhz
MSI Z790 Gaming Pro Wifi DDR5

As far as I know, I'm not using any special audio software, I just installed Realtek Audio Driver and I know that my headset is using a driver called C-MEDIA Inc .
I reinstalled windows 11 with his drivers.
The PC on which I tried my headset is a Mac so yeah, there's a big difference ^^

Try installing MSI Center, go into gaming gear and see if there is a firmware update.

I already got MSI Installed and when I go to Gaming Gear, I see Firmware Version: 109.
I don't see anyway to update it.

if there's a peripheral firmware update available, you can find it in Support/ Live Update/ Advanced.

what's the firmware version and when are you having no sound output? have you tried the headset on a different system?
