Good day, ma'am or sir,

I currently have an issue with my GK50 Low Profile; it won't turn on anymore and isn't working after I turned off the Mystic Light on MSI Center.

It seems this MSI Center app is problematic. I have encountered a 0°C temperature on my MPG cooler with this app. I am glad it was fixed after re-installing, but my issue today is different. I already tried to re-install, but my GK50 still has a 'Device Descriptor Error" It is completely not working, I am sure that this is a firmware issue. Does the GK50 Low Profile have an available firmware to download? I hope you guys can help me, since this keyboard is too expensive in my country.

1. do a hardware reset by holding dragon key+esc for 5 seconds
2. go into MSI Center\Live Update\Advanced\Scan, and see if you can find new keyboard firmware update

Good day,

I was able to resolve it via inserting the keyboard on my brother's computer and re-insert it again on my usb port and reset the keyboard in default while in bios.

Thank you very much.
