MSI GL72 6QD - BATTERY NOT CHARGING

Hi

I red on forum about installing the EC UPDATE however I have tried that and when i run the install it says PRODUCT INCORRECT ID . I do not know what to do as my battery is always 0% it just basically is not charging. I checked all the drivers are up to date. 

LAPTOP : GL72 6QD , GTX950M, 1TB HDD, 8GB RAM, WIN 10

Any sugestions?

To export system info by latest Help Desk and post them in here. Maybe someone could help check the software environment.
