Any clue wy this happens ?

Where is the first image from, if not from your PC? It has the same date and everything? Is it a mostly identical system you have access to?

The difference that caught my eye is, the first system has the RAM at DDR5-5600, yours at DDR5-6000. So it's probably some other setting that influences wether or not this "Memory OC Mode" setting will show. Or, of course, if it's a different RAM kit, that could also be an explanation, maybe it's not offered for all RAM kits.

hello
Its not the same system its a friends, every thing is the same, same hardware and same settings, the pic was taken when profile e as not applied, thats wy the memory speed thats in the advanced / amd overclocking/ reaplied the bios still the same cant understand……
the memory is the same, but could be different chips….. dunno its tforce 48gb 7600mhz

Regards

The best way to rule out any setting discrepancies would be to do a Clear CMOS on both boards (pressing the Clear CMOS button on the rear, while the power is removed). Then you both immediately enter the BIOS and check for this setting. If there's still this difference (one has it and one doesn't), then a difference in the RAM kit is probably the most likely explanation.

I did a clean bios install, clear cmos power down, and bios flash Back and its the same.

These are the memory kits they are the same only the front box changes but they can be other chips

Hmm. Can you swap the RAM between the PCs for a test?
Nop on is in the UK mine is in portugal

But its ok it has to be something with memory quality or diferent chips, my friend buys the exact same Becouse of tunning i tune it and then send him the profile, but game across and maybe it could be a bug, but more and more like a asic diference (silicon quality or difer memory chip)

Well, what you could both do is to read out the entire RAM module details with Thaiphoon Burner. Run as admin, click on the "Read" icon and read the SPD information for each module. Then you can go to "File" - "Take a screenshot". Don't worry if your browser warns about Thaiphoon Burner, see here.

Yep, those are different. The UK system's kit additionally has two EXPO profiles, yours only has the two XMP ones. The UK kit's modules have a temperature sensor, yours don't. They are using the same memory ICs (same chips from Hynix), but the SPD programming and some components on the modules seem to be different, and that can explain why the BIOS option doesn't show. Maybe it will only show if there is an EXPO profile for AM5.
